Online orders
Orders placed and credit approved by 3:00 p.m, Tuesday - Friday for items in Stock that do not require configuration will ship the same day as ordered (see shipping methods).
Orders placed and credit approved anytime Saturday, Sunday or Monday for items in Stock will ship on the following Tuesday.
These cutoff times are a guideline, and are subject to possible change or modification due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee.
Shipping methods
*All orders require a signature upon delivery, therefore a physical address is needed. Shipment to a P.O. box address is not allowed.
Courier Delivery
We ship via a few different courier companies. Freight charges are a flat $5.00 per order. Orders over $100.00 ship FREE. Some items may take longer to reach you if you live in a rural area
South Island Orders. South Island Orders for items over 2KG are shipped via 48Hr Courier. Deliveries will take two working days.
Insurance
All orders shipped are insured at no additional charge.
International orders
Orders shipping to addresses outside New Zealand will NOT be shipped.

We accept payment by Internet Banking / Phone Banking / Direct Credit. Place your order online and fill in the purchase order information on the payment page.

Pricing
Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.
Availability
If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to let you know. We will also provide you are best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. The availability information presented on our Web site is the most up-to-date information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.

Changes and errors
We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising. NOTE: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; we reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.
Product Compatibility
We do not guarantee any product will work with your audio system. Please check the system requirements of the product carefully prior to ordering. For instance, Vinyl Records Will NOT work in Compact Disc players.
Return Policies
General policy
Defective products will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 15 days from receipt. No refunds or credit will be provided, except under the terms of the restocking fees detailed below.
Non-defective products returned for credit or exchange are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.
Defective Vinyl & CD's may be exchanged for the same title only.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RA) number. To request a return authorization, please speak to one of our account executives. RA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment.
In the case of all returns, for any reasons, the returned product(s) must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by No Way Out Records.
All Returns must be sent back via Trackable Courier Only.

All merchandise is sold "as is". No Way Out Records makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. This disclaimer by No Way Out Records in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any. No Way Out Records does not warrant that the functions contained in any product sold will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this Web site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. No Way Out Records does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of any product purchased in terms of its compatibility, correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise.
You (and not No Way Out Records) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall No Way Out Records's total liability to you for any and all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence) or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to No Way Out Records for the specific merchandise at issue.
Consumer Guarantees Act
If you are purchasing or holding yourself out as purchasing the Products for a business purpose, then the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act are excluded from any supply agreement and to the extent permitted by law, all statutory or implied conditions, warranties and guarantees which would apply are expressly excluded.
